The Southwest Vipassana Meditation Center invites you to its annual Open House. Please join us to learn more about Vipassana Meditation, the 10-day residential courses, and the Center.

Open house activities are from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. There will be informational displays, videos, and Teachers, staff, and volunteers in attendance to answer questions about the center. Light refreshments will be served.

Schedule of Activities:

1 pm – 4 pm	Welcome guests & Informational displays and videos
1:15  – 1:45 pm	Introduction to Vipassana Meditation – a video presentation by Mr. S.N. Goenka
1:45 – 2:15 pm	Question and Answer session with Local Teachers of Vipassana Meditation
2:30 – 3:15 pm        (OPTIONAL) 3:30 – 4 pm	Tour of the Center (OPTIONAL) Mini Anapana Meditation Session
